Clients requesting assistance must bring the following documents: 

• Valid NC picture ID
• Social Security Cards for everyone living in the home
• Proof of crisis
• Proof of household income for last and current month
• All bills and receipts from last and current month to show how the household money has been spent
• Signed copy of current lease or mortgage statement
