Receptionist/Office Assistant: Registers clients, provides information to clients as they enter Crisis Ministry, helps with filing, typing, photocopying, folding, small mailings, and possibly some data entry. Provides interviewer with current client information.
Data Entry Clerk: Enters client information into the NRM computer database. Needs to be experienced and accurate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems. Creates and updates client files.
Interviewer: During the interview process, collects needed information regarding client needs and situation. After information is gathered, consults with staff to determine action.
Market Clerks: Help neighbors select their groceries and assists with loading into their vehicles, when necessary. Rotates stock and restocks when needed. Performs light housekeeping duties including sweeping, mopping, cleaning shelves, taking out trash, cleaning refrigerators/freezers, etc.
Donation In-Take/Inventory: Receives food donations, sorts into categories, organizes, and shelves in storage area. Rotates stock and restocks when needed. Performs light housekeeping duties including sweeping, mopping, cleaning shelves, taking out trash, cleaning refrigerators/freezers, etc.
